My name is Jonathan Agrimson
In 2016 my father-in-law and I began to plan and strategize a leadership handoff. Little did we know how overwhelming it would be for us and the church. I looked for resources and leaders to help us through the process but there was very little to be found. The reality is that many churches do not have a plan or a strategy when it comes to succession. I believe that if we would have had the right questions, clear expectations and a guide, the process would have been smoother for the church, leadership and ourselves.
I don't want you or the organization to experience some of the uncertainty and frustration that we did. That is why I created the Healthy Handoff page and guide. I believe that everyone can feel confident and excited about a leadership handoff!
